Job Summary

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work on real-world software projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build reusable and scalable frontend components using React.js.
- Develop and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and basic application security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control and code collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, testers, and other teams.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Prepare basic technical documentation when required.

- Candidates should have a good understanding of JavaScript and MERN Stack fundamentals.
- Candidates with academic, internship, or personal MERN projects will be preferred.

Practical Skills Expected

Candidates should be able to:

- Build a basic React application.
- Create and consume REST APIs.
- Perform CRUD operations using MongoDB.
- Connect React frontend with Node.js/Express backend.
- Implement basic user authentication.
- Debug common frontend and backend issues.
