We are looking for skilled Quantity Surveyors (Interior) with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team in Tripunithura. The role involves managing project costs, preparing estimates, monitoring budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency across construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs , estimates and cost plans
- Analyze rates and prepare comparative statements
- Quantity take-off from drawings and specifications
- vendor & subcontractor rate analysis
- Assist in tendering , procurement and final accounts
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (interior Fit out projects )
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Proficiency in cost estimation and project budgeting
- proficient in MS excel and Autocad
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
