Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, goal-driven, and articulate Admissions Manager Intern to join our team at Manjeri. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for prospective learners and families, guiding them through our programs, addressing their queries, and driving admissions.

This role provides extensive exposure to learner counseling, sales pipeline handling, and community relationship building in the life design and educational mentoring space.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to provide complete clarity on TRC programs, course tracks, and admission details.
- Understand candidate needs, listen actively to their expectations, and explain how MarkU’s programs can support their personal and professional growth.
- Manage the full admissions cycle—from inquiry to registration, follow-up, batch scheduling, and student onboarding.
- Maintain organized daily records of lead follow-ups, interaction logs,



and conversion metrics using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Work in sync with the marketing and mentoring teams to meet monthly intake goals and support orientation activities.
- Share regular progress updates and learner feedback with the management team to help refine communication and outreach strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or any related field (Recent graduates or final-year students eligible).
- Strong spoken communication and active listening skills in Malayalam
- High interpersonal empathy and confidence in consultative calling/counseling.
- Target-driven mindset with good self-discipline and time management.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and WhatsApp Business.
- Proximity to Manjeri or ability to commute reliably is preferred.
