✅ 8–12 years of database administration experience ✅ Solid hands-on experience with Couchbase Server in production environments ✅ Expertise in NoSQL, Linux, cluster management and performance tuning ✅ Experience with SQL++, indexing, backup, recovery and disaster recovery ✅ Knowledge of high availability, Cross Data Center Replication (XDCR) and security ✅ Scripting skills in Shell/Python and REST APIs ✅ Experience with monitoring tools, cloud platforms and ITIL operations ✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on-call support
