About the Role
ekincare is one of India's leading corporate health benefits platforms, trusted by 1,000+ companies to deliver healthcare to 2 Mn+ lives across 500+ cities. Our CBO, Dr. Noel Coutinho, leads the business agenda, including the Customer Success team that keeps those clients healthy and growing. In this role you'll work directly with him: making sure he sees the full picture through clear metrics, driving his priority projects, and working across teams to get his agenda delivered. What You'll Do
• Own the CS metrics view
- Track retention, renewals, adoption, NPS and escalations, and give the CBO a clear picture.
• Turn data into decisions
- Analyse trends, find root causes and bring recommendations, not just reports.
• Execute the CBO's priorities
- Turn priorities into plans with owners and timelines, and drive them to closure.
• Drive strategic projects
- Own special projects with the CBO end to end, from scoping to impact.
• Work across teams
- Align Ops, Sales, Product, Engineering and HR around the CBO's agenda.
• Run the operating rhythm
- Reviews, MIS, leadership meetings, action trackers and follow-ups that don't slip.
• Support CS leadership
- Help the CS management team with account health,



reviews and escalations.
• Build leadership material
- Write crisp decks, updates and notes for leadership and client reviews.
• Fix problems early
- Spot gaps in processes before they become issues, and close them. What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years in consulting, business analysis, founder's office, strategy or business ops, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Strong data analysis: Excel / Sheets and dashboards; SQL is a plus.
• Structured problem solving: you break messy problems down and find what matters
• Good to have: exposure to B2B SaaS, health-tech or customer success.
• A go-getter. You chase things to closure without being asked twice.
• Stakeholder management: you can align senior leaders and teams without formal authority.
• Clear, crisp communication, written and spoken, with sound judgment and discretion.
