• Support claims adjudication processes, payment workflows, and benefit configurations.
• Develop reports, queries, and data extracts for operational and business reporting.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during project implementation. Qualifications Configure, customize, and maintain QNXT modules including Claims, Perks, Providers, Membership, and Eligibility.
• Develop and support QNXT enhancements, custom workflows, and business rules.
• Design and implement integrations between QNXT and external systems using EDI, APIs, and healthcare data standards.
