We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across European markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, hands-on sourcing experience, and a deep understanding of EU hiring practices. This role requires the ability to identify, engage, and manage high-quality talent across both technical and non-technical domains.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify candidates for open roles across European markets
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases for active sourcing
• Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring strategies
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing




• Prior experience working on EU-based hiring requirements (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows Preferred Qualifications
