agency based in Pune, India. We specialize in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic marketing,affiliate marketing, SEO and media analytics. We are a young and ambitious startup, aiming tomake a mark in the digital marketing space with our strong capabilities in data and analytics.

Roles and responsibilities

● Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for some of the top brands in the country
● Conduct keyword research and develop robust roadmap for the client
● Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
● Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
● Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization, Identify key SEO KPIs
● Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
● Prepare and present reports regularly
● Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

Requirements

● Should have handled big clients individually and as a team.
● Should be able to lead a larger team and train them according to their skills. Provide valuable feedback on their growth and a development plan for their career.
● Attend all project/client onboarding calls and be able to handle the calls individually.




● Do quality checks of the work done by the team and provide feedback to improve the
efficiency.
● Conduct training on a regular basis to keep the team up to date on the domain.
● Strong knowledge and experience with MS office.
● Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
● Stay up to date with the latest SEO, digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Qualifications

● 2-3 years of experience in SEO
● Knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● Well versed with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahref, SEMRush, Accuranker, etc
● In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Good Team player and team manager
● Good time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● Any bachelor’s degree, preferable in marketing or similar relevant field
