Experience (AVP – TA): 12+ Years (with 3+ years in a TA leadership role)
Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 12–15 years of experience in technology hiring, with strong exposure to Fintech, Tech Product, or BFSI sectors
- Proven track record in leadership hiring and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience in technical hiring and vendor management.
- Expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and process excellence.
