What You'll Do

- Act as a trusted advisor to professionals seeking career growth or transitions through global certifications.
- Guide prospects through the enrollment journey with empathy, clarity, and confidence—never pushy, always learner-first.
- Engage daily with high-quality inbound leads via calls and email; maintain a consistent, consultative follow-up strategy.
- Share tailored program insights that address learner goals, timelines, and ROI.
- Manage a dynamic lead pipeline using CRM tools and standardized sales processes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to share insights, learner feedback, and conversion trends for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years in B2C inside sales or enrollment advisory, ideally in international EdTech or skilling environments (India, GCC, US, UK,



Canada).
- Mindset: Outcome-driven with a learner-first attitude and strong personal accountability.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; structured and active listener with solid persuasive ability.
- Resilience: Comfortable making 120+ daily outreach attempts (calls/emails).
- Tech Tools: Proficiency in modern CRMs (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and lead engagement tools.
- Adaptability: Manage multiple learners at different pipeline stages with thoughtful engagement.
