Job Role:
We are hiring Agri Advisors / Sales Executives to strengthen our field operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and farmers/distributors, providing product knowledge and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company's agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
- Educate farmers on correct usage of products, crop protection, and fertilization techniques.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and generate new leads in assigned areas.
- Collect market feedback and report field activity to the management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in agri sales or fieldwork can apply.
- Skills:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of agriculture practices and crop management
- Fieldwork readiness and willingness to travel locally
- Passion for helping farmers and growing in the agri-sector
