We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions, with a strong focus on delivering a excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring goals. This role requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Title: Senior IT Recruiter

Location: Faridabad (Full-Time WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT profiles.
- Manage a team and can work as an individual contributor.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Job boards, Referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT field.
- 4-6 years of IT recruitment experience in C2C and C2H.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).




- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing a team.
