Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for executing full-life cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Day-to-day tasks will involve developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Qualifications

- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
