Description

The objective of this Associate Analyst role is to provide support to the Indirect Purchasing teams, and ensure a smooth flow during the Procure-to-Pay process. This is achieved through an efficient catalog management process, invoice reconciliation, coordination with various supplier groups for seamless processes and more, while also identifying areas for process / system improvement.

This role works closely with multiple procurement category teams, the procurement systems team and external suppliers.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end invoice reconciliation process across categories from PO receiving to identification and resolution of invoice discrepancies
- Create, update and maintain purchasing catalogs with accurate and up-to-date information to support procurement teams and ensure seamless ordering
- Support supplier registration and onboarding u2013 including validation of supplier information, regular coordination to resolve registration / setup issues and maintaining supplier datasets
- Process P-card transactions, maintain documentation and resolve payment-related queries through continuous coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders




- Work closely with multiple procurement teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and strengthen understanding of the procure-to-pay process
- Foster robust collaboration with internal team members and onshore stakeholders
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance daily work efficiency

Qualifications

Whatu2019s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Computer science/Information technology/Engineering/Any other related field
- 0-3 years of experience in purchasing support, procurement operations, procure-to-pay processes, Accounts Payable or any similar role
- Strong MS Excel skills for maintaining and optimizing large data sets
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve supplier / internal stakeholder queries
- Working knowledge of procurement operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and prompt writing

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience working with core procurement systems such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP
- Knowledge of data analytics, integrations and data information tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in projects, internships, or work environments
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as PowerAutomate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, or n8n
