Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute ambitious growth plans for D2C e-commerce business.
- Scale and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive quality traffic and maximize sales.
- Manage all digital acquisition channels — paid social, search, display, SEO, and affiliates.
- Own on-site merchandising and lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through A/B testing and user journey improvements.
- Lead CRM and retention marketing via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications to increase customer lifetime value.
- Analyze web analytics, campaign performance, and customer data to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage D2C marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and effective cost management.
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product, and Operations teams for seamless campaigns and launches.




- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing and CRM team.
- Track and report KPIs — CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and LTV.
- Stay updated on the latest D2C, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas and strategies.

Who You Are

- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce growth roles.
- Strong background in D2C brands, e-commerce, consumer tech, or lifestyle sectors.
- Hands-on expertise in scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, CRO, and website optimization.
- Proven experience managing CRM and retention programs across multiple channels.
- Highly analytical with strong skills in Google Analytics and campaign optimization.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling digital-first brands.
