Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects, including hospitals and hospitality projects.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.

• Monitor daily site progress and ensure projects are completed within निर्धारित timelines.

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, working drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.

• Supervise civil work, flooring, false ceilings, partitions, carpentry, electrical work and interior finishing.

• Manage material procurement, labour deployment,



contractor coordination and site requirements.

• Monitor project budgets, material consumption and execution quality.

• Identify and resolve site-level issues to prevent project delays.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and site safety requirements.

• Prepare project progress reports and coordinate timely project handovers.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-outs or turnkey interior execution.

• Experience in hospital, hospitality or other commercial interior projects is preferred.

• Robust knowledge of civil work, interior finishing and site execution.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.

• Experience managing contractors, vendors, labour and material requirements.

• Strong project coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage site activities and deliver projects within deadlines.
