Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Financial Advisor role based in Siwan, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess current financial situations, and recommend suitable insurance and investment products. Daily tasks include preparing financial plans, explaining policy options, conducting retirement planning discussions, and monitoring client portfolios. The role involves regular follow-ups,



maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with the recruitment and advisory team to support business growth. The Financial Advisor is expected to stay updated on financial markets, insurance offerings, and regulatory guidelines to provide compliant, client-centric advice.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to design goal-based, long-term strategies for clients.
- Candidates should have solid Finance and Investments knowledge to evaluate products and recommend suitable solutions aligned with client needs and risk profiles.
- Candidates should demonstrate expertise in Financial Advisory to communicate clearly, build trust, and deliver responsible, compliant guidance.
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial services, preferably advising retail clients, is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for client management and reporting.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Local language proficiency and familiarity with the Siwan market will be an advantage.
