SAP MM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Procurement, PO, GRN, Vendor Master, and three-way matching processes. The candidate should have good functional knowledge of SAP MM configuration and experience working across regions or global business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP MM Procurement processes, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR/GRN), and Invoice Verification.
- Handle and support PO and GRN processes and resolve functional issues.
- Manage and maintain Vendor/Supplier Master Data.
- Work on three-way matching logic involving PO, GRN, and Invoice.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Perform SAP MM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Work on cross-region/global SAP MM processes and configurations.
- Coordinate with FI and other cross-functional teams for procurement and invoice-related integrations.
- Work with Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV) and GR/IR processes.
- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP MM functional solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and support UAT/SIT activities.




- Provide production support and resolve SAP MM incidents within agreed SLAs.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM.
- Good knowledge of Procurement / P2P processes.
- Strong experience with Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt (GR/GRN).
- Experience with Vendor/Supplier Master.
- Positive understanding of three-way matching – PO + GRN + Invoice.
- Experience in SAP MM configuration.
- Knowledge of Invoice Verification / LIV and GR/IR.
- Experience working with cross-region or global SAP MM processes.
- Good understanding of integration with SAP FI.

Good to Have

- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Global rollout/implementation experience.
- Experience with MM-FI integration.
- Knowledge of subcontracting, third-party procurement, and other P2P scenarios.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
