We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the Industrial IoT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective B2B clients, promoting IoT-based products and solutions, and converting sales opportunities into business.

Freshers with solid communication skills and experienced candidates with an interest in inside sales, telecalling, or technical sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through telecalling, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Promote IoT sensors, monitoring systems, and industrial automation solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products and solutions.
- Schedule online meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information, CRM records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate or Diploma holder; Engineering qualifications preferred.
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development.
- Fluent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Solid telecalling, lead generation, follow-up, and client coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
- Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- B2B sales or technical sales experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Candidates should be comfortable with calling, lead follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
- Interest in Industrial IoT, sensors, monitoring systems, or automation solutions will be an advantage.
