We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive field sales and business development in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients across assigned regions, presenting technical solutions to manufacturing companies, and achieving sales targets.

Candidates with strong English communication skills, a willingness to travel extensively, and an interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive field sales and business development activities across assigned territories.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
- Conduct regular client visits and develop recent business relationships with manufacturing companies.
- Present and promote Industrial IoT-based products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Monitor market trends,



customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–6 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development.
- Technical sales experience, preferably in industrial products, automation, or Industrial IoT solutions.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and lead-generation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Good understanding of industrial products and technical solutions is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates residing in or near Vapi are preferred.
- Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
- Candidates with technical sales experience will have an added advantage.
