The Customer Care Executive (CCE) will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders within the CLM Domestic Diversified back‑office team. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transaction processing while maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to client and internal queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process and verify back‑office transactions in accordance with SOPs.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management and track resolution status.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and other relevant systems.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify recurring problems and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




• Conduct periodic quality checks on documentation and data entry.
• Support onboarding and training of new back‑office staff.
• Adhere to data privacy and security standards at all times. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or back‑office operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of financial or contractual processes.
