Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive CPA Executive to join our CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office team. The role blends rigorous financial oversight with frontline customer interaction, ensuring accurate accounting, regulatory adherence, and high‑quality service to our clients. You will act as a key liaison between finance, operations, and customers, driving process excellence and fostering robust relationships. Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and file statutory financial statements and tax returns in compliance with BFSI regulations.
• Conduct internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for the back‑office department.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Handle customer billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide clear financial explanations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure seamless communication of financial policies.
• Implement and improve CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) processes related to financial documentation.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership review.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff on best practices and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency within the back‑office function. Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the BFSI sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations, GST, and banking compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for customer interaction.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑centric approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
