The Executive HR will spearhead large‑scale recruitment initiatives for Digitide Solutions Limited's BPO division, managing end‑to‑end hiring processes for thousands of agents and support staff. This role partners with operations leaders to design, execute, and continuously improve mass hiring campaigns while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities
• Design and implement bulk hiring strategies to meet aggressive staffing targets for domestic BPO projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists focused on volume hiring.
• Collaborate with operations managers to forecast workforce needs and align recruitment timelines.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, for high‑volume roles.
• Manage relationships with external staffing agencies, job boards, and campus partners to expand talent pipelines.
• Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track key performance metrics.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.




• Develop employer branding initiatives tailored to mass hiring campaigns and BPO talent pools.
• Conduct regular training sessions for hiring managers on interview techniques and selection criteria.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports to senior leadership. Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in high‑volume BPO hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully managing bulk recruitment drives of 500+ hires per quarter.
• Robust leadership skills with experience leading large recruitment teams.
• Expertise in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS) and recruitment analytics tools.
• In‑depth knowledge of domestic labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
