It is an ever-developing task in a quick-paced environment. In SCR Vestas, GSSC department is responsible for Service Supply chain activities in which handling Non-Conformity cases for Product and Non-product deviations received from Supplier is part of our role and we are responsible for providing disposition solution to the customers in coordination with various Partners Responsibilities
• Manage and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) notifications in SAP ERP for product and non-product deviations.
Review, prioritize, assign, and monitor NCRs through closure
• Create supplementary NCRs and initiate supplier disposition activities
• Validate supplier responses and determine appropriate disposition actions
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Track NC costs, perform closure activities, and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications




• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Quality Management, NCR handling, or Supplier Quality processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP, preferably Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and process documentation. Competencies
