What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications and smart contracts (Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible chains).
- Implement tokenization protocols for fractional ownership of real estate and funds.
- Develop secure and scalable APIs and integrations with wallets, custodians, and payment systems.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and AI teams to integrate blockchain features into our SaaS platform.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and security audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Stay ahead of blockchain trends and suggest innovations to enhance the platform.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
- Strong proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js/ethers.js,



and smart contract frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle).
- Experience with DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155), and NFTs.
- Familiarity with layer-2 solutions, cross-chain bridges, and scalable blockchain architectures.
- Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Go) and database integration (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Passion for fintech, tokenization, and decentralized finance.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience in real estate tokenization or asset-backed token projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in blockchain-based financial applications.
