As a Data Center Infrastructure Sales – Executive at a Data Centre provider organization, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, analysing client requirements, identifying opportunities, and building strong customer relationships while supporting sales initiatives through effective communication, market research, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets in the Data Centre / IT infrastructure sector.
- Generate leads, identify new business opportunities and develop channel partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Handle tenders, proposals, contracts and commercial negotiations.
- Build solid client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain sales forecasts, CRM records, reports and action plans.




- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate business.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email and social media campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members and support achievement of team targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Data Centre, Cloud or IT Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Good understanding of Data Centre solutions, Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
