Connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, qualify leads, and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with assigned leads through the auto-dialer system.
- Assess learners’ interests, needs, and eligibility.
- Build trust through effective communication and active listening.
- Schedule Video Counselling sessions and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience; Study Abroad experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year with the same company.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior experience working a 6-day workweek.
- Currently working as an Individual Contributor.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Marathi proficiency required for Pune and Mumbai locations.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Patience, empathy,
and a learner-focused approach.
- Basic MS Office and CRM proficiency.
Common Work Details
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday (6 days a week)
- Work Timings: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Work Location: As per the selected opening
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 300 minutes of call talk time per day.
- Schedule 5 Video Counselling sessions per day.
- Connect with at least 80% of assigned leads daily.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets.
KPIs may vary depending on the business vertical.
