Experience: 1 -5 years experience (Freshers /Exp.) with EDM Spark Operator / EDM Wire Cut Machine Operator machine operator Exp.
Education: 12th pass / ITI in Fitter/Machinist/ dip. in mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate die-sinking EDM machines
Align electrodes, fixtures, and workpieces
Adjust machining parameters such as voltage, current, spark gap & flushing
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments
Read and interpret technical drawings
Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering
2 5 years of hands-on experience in a tool room/manufacturing workplace




Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of micrometers, calipers & other measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and quality

Salary : Up to 25k ( Based on Current CTC & Exp.)
