This is an independent consulting role with Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking to engage a Recruitment Consultant to help with:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Handle high-volume hiring requirements while meeting recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving,
and candidate engagement skills.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, track hiring progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes and systems.
- Added advantage: Understanding of local talent markets across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh.
- Implement continuous improvement ideas for recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
