The selected candidate will interact with prospective students, understand their educational interests and requirements, provide information about available learning programs, and assist them throughout the admission process. This role is suitable for individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills who are comfortable interacting with students and providing accurate information and guidance.
• Explain programs,
eligibility, admission process, course details, and fees to prospective students to support enrollments.
• Achieve admission targets through effective counseling and lead conversion.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students to increase conversions and reduce drop-offs.
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.
• Handle student queries and objections and provide clear information to help close admissions.
• Stay updated on programs and admission details to improve counseling and achieve targets. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam
• Positive organizational and time-management skills with a strong target-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand individual requirements and provide appropriate information and guidance.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt
