Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Oracle Fusion Finance Function specialist. The role involves configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including managing financial setups, validating data, and ensuring smooth integrations with related applications. The individual will work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, map business processes to Oracle Fusion capabilities, and propose best-practice solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in implementation and enhancement projects, preparing functional documentation, supporting testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical teams for integrations and customizations. The role also requires providing training and user support,



helping to ensure stable and effective finance operations within the Oracle Fusion environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Business Process understanding, with the ability to translate finance and operational needs into Oracle Fusion configurations.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, solution mapping, and client-facing problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess experience with Oracle Applications, ideally with hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Finance modules and related functional setups.
• Candidates should possess Integration knowledge, including working with technical teams on system interfaces, data flows, and end-to-end process alignment.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Oracle HR or other Oracle cloud modules to understand cross-functional dependencies within enterprise solutions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
• Beneficial skills include strong analytical ability, attention to detail, proficiency in documentation, and experience with implementation or support projects.
