What you'll do
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
• Use data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making
• Analyze complex business and operational problems, combining information from multiple sources to identify root causes, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Work independently as an individual contributor, taking ownership of deliverables from requirement gathering through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and reporting challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve reports, dashboards and analytical processes.

What you'll need
• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis,



Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related area.
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with related AI tools/AI-enabled ways of working implemented practically.
• Knowledge of Azure datalake is a plus.
• Good stakeholder management, communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with maps, geospatial, or location-based data is advantageous but not mandatory. n
