Salary:

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creatively driven Social Media Content & Engagement Manager who can independently manage organic social media, develop engaging content strategies and strengthen our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, a strong sense of storytelling and a thorough understanding of audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars, reels, posts, stories and creative campaigns.
• Create compelling captions, content concepts and engaging brand narratives.
• Maintain consistent brand communication, tone and visual storytelling.
• Identify emerging social media trends and develop original content ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and creative teams for content execution.
• Build audience engagement and strengthen the brand's online community.




• Analyse organic content performance and improve reach, engagement and content quality. Candidate Requirements
• Relevant professional experience in organic social media management, brand content or social media communication. Freshers are not eligible.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling and content planning abilities.
• Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts.
• Thorough understanding of Instagram algorithms, content formats and audience behaviour.
• Ability to independently conceptualise, plan and execute content.
• Strong coordination skills, attention to detail and professional ownership. Important This is strictly an organic social media, content strategy and brand engagement position. Candidates specialising primarily in paid advertising, performance marketing, PPC, SEO or lead generation are not suitable for this role. We are looking for a creative qualified who understands how to build an authentic brand presence through meaningful content, effective communication and consistent organic engagement.
