Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our global Corporate MarCom team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality graphic design and production across a wide range of corporate communication materials, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and strict adherence to our corporate visual identity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on design professional who thrives in a structured, brand-driven environment and combines strong technical expertise with excellent execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and adapt high-quality graphic materials for both print and digital channels. Develop corporate publications, brochures, presentations, reports, marketing materials and other communication assets. Ensure consistent application of corporate brand guidelines and design systems across all deliverables. Handle advanced image editing, retouching and optimisation for different media and formats. Create and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations and other corporate communication materials. Manage multiple production tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and delivery. Collaborate closely with the Corporate MarCom team and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience A formal degree or equivalent substantial qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline. 4+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a large international organisation. Proven experience working as an in-house designer within established corporate brand guidelines and design systems. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, with strong skills across Adobe Creative Cloud. Advanced experience in image editing and retouching using Photoshop and/or Lightroom. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, composition and visual consistency. Strong knowledge of both print and digital production, including CMYK and RGB colour workflows. Robust PowerPoint skills, ideally at an advanced level. Excellent written and spoken English. Personal Profile Highly structured, efficient and detail-oriented.
