• Independently manage and supervise day-to-day laboratory operations.
• Oversee sample processing, testing, quality control, and timely report generation.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of test results.
• Manage laboratory technicians, staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, coordinate servicing, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Manage reagents, consumables, inventory, and procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, safety standards, and applicable NABL guidelines.
• Maintain quality control records, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Monitor laboratory expenses, minimize wastage, and optimize operational efficiency.




• Coordinate with management, vendors, collection teams, and authorized reporting professionals.
• Take complete ownership of smooth and efficient laboratory functioning. Qualification & Experience
• BMLT / MMLT / MSc in relevant laboratory sciences.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience independently managing a diagnostic laboratory, including operations, staff supervision, quality control, and inventory management.
• Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and problem-solving ability. Ideal Candidate: A hands-on, responsible, and experienced professional capable of independently running laboratory operations with minimal supervision.
