1–3 YRS EXPERIENCE FULL-TIME REPORTS TO: HR MANAGER GURUGRAM / DELHI NCR COMPENSATION: 4 TO 6 LPA THE ROLE You are the execution backbone of HR at Bacca Bucci: strong on statutory compliance, sharp on payroll, and reliable on day-to-day admin. You will be the Manager’s right hand, helping turn plans into done work. WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, TDS, skilled tax and other applicable filings, on time and audit-ready.
• Payroll processing: attendance and leave inputs, salary calculations, payslips, reimbursements, F&F; settlements.
• Employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, ID and records, confirmations and exits.
• Day-to-day admin: office administration, vendor coordination, asset and facility management.
• HRMS upkeep: keep employee data clean and support the HRMS transition (data cleanup, testing, user support).
• Execution arm to the HR Manager: support hiring coordination, appraisal and promotion cycles,



reports and employee queries. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–3 years in HR operations or generalist roles
• Solid working knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS and payroll
• Prior experience in a D2C / e-commerce / consumer brand
• Comfortable in a lean team and ready to take ownership
• Hands-on HRMS experience (an implementation or migration is a plus)
• Good communication, approachable with people, detail-obsessed with numbers NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets reporting
