Role Description This is a full-time SAP Data & Analytics Consultant role based in India, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a balance of in office and work-from-home flexibility. The consultant will design, build, and optimize SAP data and analytics solutions, including SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, to meet business reporting and insight needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, translating business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and reports, and delivering high-quality prototypes and production solutions. The role involves advising on best practices, supporting digital transformation and modernization initiatives, troubleshooting data and analytics issues, and contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.



The consultant will collaborate closely with technical and functional colleagues to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with client outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Analytics to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP data solutions.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Data Analytics skills, including data modeling, data integration, and performance optimization across SAP data platforms.
• Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, solution design, and clear communication of recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Data Visualization skills for building intuitive dashboards and reports, ideally using SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, including end-to-end implementation or enhancement projects.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Sydney, NSW, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
