Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu Industry: Apparel Manufacturing & Exports Experience Required: 20+ Years in Apparel export company only We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall operations of our Tiruppur factory. The candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, business growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Production, Planning, Sourcing, Quality, and Compliance. Key Responisbilities:
• Overall Business Operations: Oversee and manage all factory functions to ensure smooth operations, productivity, profitability, and timely execution of business objectives
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies, annual budgets, growth plans, and operational targets
• Production & Planning: Drive production efficiency, capacity utilisation, cost control, quality standards, and on-time delivery
• Marketing & Merchandising: Lead buyer relationships, business development, order acquisition, costing, merchandising, and customer satisfaction
• Finance & Commercials: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, profitability, working capital, and cost optimisation




• Sourcing & Supply Chain: Ensure effective sourcing, vendor management, procurement, and material availability
• People & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads, build a high-performance culture, and strengthen accountability
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to buyer requirements, statutory regulations, social compliance, and industry standards

Requirements:
• 20+ years of experience in the apparel manufacturing and export industry, with significant leadership experience
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of apparel export operations, including merchandising, marketing, production, planning, sourcing, finance, and quality
• Proven experience in managing large-scale factory operations and driving business profitability and growth
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Robust understanding of buyer management, export processes, costing, capacity planning, and operational excellence
