Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IntelliMatch Developer to support the development and enhancement of financial reconciliation solutions within a highly regulated financial services environment. This individual will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to understand reconciliation requirements, transaction and accounting data flows, and payment-processing lifecycles, then translate those requirements into effective IntelliMatch solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IntelliMatch, SQL, reconciliation logic, data analysis, and financial transaction processing. They should be comfortable investigating complex data and reconciliation issues independently, following transactions across multiple systems and interfaces, and determining whether failures originate within reconciliation logic, source data, file processing, interfaces, or downstream systems.
In addition to development and configuration, this person will help enhance the reliability and efficiency of the IntelliMatch environment by identifying recurring issues, improving reconciliation processes, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders on new requirements and enhancements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance IntelliMatch reconciliation solutions supporting financial transactions and accounting processes.
- Translate business and reconciliation requirements into technical configurations and solutions within IntelliMatch.
- Develop and maintain reconciliation rules, matching logic, data workflows, and exception-handling processes.
- Understand end-to-end financial transaction flows and how data is received, transformed, matched, reconciled,



and reported.
- Use SQL to analyze reconciliation data, research discrepancies, validate results, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Investigate complex reconciliation exceptions and identify the underlying cause of unmatched or incorrectly processed transactions.
- Troubleshoot issues involving batch processing, scheduled jobs, ETL/data feeds, interfaces, and file transfers.
- Analyze application and system logs to identify technical or data-processing failures.
- Partner with Finance and Operations teams to understand reconciliation requirements and translate business logic into technical solutions.
- Work with other Technology teams on upstream and downstream dependencies, integrations, and data issues.
- Support testing and validation of new IntelliMatch functionality, enhancements, and reconciliation changes.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement technical or process improvements.
- Enhance monitoring and operational processes to improve the stability and reliability of reconciliation workflows.
- Provide technical expertise during production issues involving IntelliMatch or its associated data flows. Skills and Requirements -5-7 years of IntelliMatch development, configuration, or implementation experience with version 18 or above




- Solid understanding of financial reconciliation processes and matching logic.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including the ability to query and analyze complex financial datasets.
- Powershell scripting experience for DevOps and use of any other DevOps tools
- Experience developing IntelliMatch solutions within a banking, payments, or broader financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of the payment-processing lifecycle.
- Experience with accounting data and financial transaction reconciliation.
- Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with SFTP, MFT, or other file-transfer technologies.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience improving or automating reconciliation processes.
