Job Description We are seeking an experienced IntelliMatch Lead to oversee the ongoing support, enhancement, and technical operations of a mature IntelliMatch environment for a global organization. This individual will serve as the primary lead for the Hyderabad-based team, combining day-to-day service management and people leadership with hands-on IntelliMatch technical expertise. The role will be approximately 80% service/team management and 20% technical architecture and development support. The IntelliMatch Lead will own team operations, participate in regular huddles, provide weekly status reporting to key stakeholders, and ensure production issues and enhancements are managed effectively. This person must have significant hands-on experience with IntelliMatch version 18 or newer, with the ability to independently navigate configurations, matching functionality, import templates, references, monitoring, SQL, logs, and production troubleshooting. The current environment is on IntelliMatch 25.4, so candidates whose experience is limited to versions prior to 18 will not be considered. The ideal candidate has previously led or supported an IntelliMatch operation involving both production maintenance and project/development work and is comfortable working across a global, multi-team environment. Service & Team Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations of the IntelliMatch support and development function.
- Take ownership of people management and team coordination.
- Manage workload, priorities, escalation paths, and delivery across the support team.
- Coordinate effectively with L1 and other technical support teams.
- Participate in team huddles and maintain a close working relationship with key stakeholders.




- Deliver weekly status readouts covering production health, open issues, enhancements, risks, and priorities.
- Ensure issues are properly investigated, assigned, escalated, and resolved. IntelliMatch Technical Leadership
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex IntelliMatch issues.
- Support and enhance existing IntelliMatch implementations and configurations.
- Troubleshoot matching problems, data issues, integrations, configurations, and production incidents.
- Configure and maintain import templates, references, accounts, matching rules, common groups, workflows/work items, and related IntelliMatch components.
- Review logs and application behavior to identify root causes of production issues.
- Use SQL to investigate data problems and support application troubleshooting.
- Write, review, and troubleshoot stored procedures and existing database code.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and support personnel. Projects & Enhancements
- Lead or contribute to IntelliMatch enhancements and feature implementations.
- Support project work involving new or modified IntelliMatch functionality.
- Understand how to build solutions from the ground up, even though the internal team will handle much of the net-new reconciliation development.
- Balance project delivery with ongoing production maintenance and support.




- Ensure changes are appropriately tested and transitioned into the production support model. Skills and Requirements - 5-7+ years of technical/development experience, with strong hands-on IntelliMatch development and production support experience.
- IntelliMatch version 18 or newer experience with deep knowledge of configuration, matching, setups, import templates/referencing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL skills, including running/debugging queries, understanding database code, and working with stored procedures.
- Technical leadership experience managing or leading an IntelliMatch support/development workplace, including L1 support, production maintenance, enhancements, and project implementations.
- AWS, PowerShell, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure knowledge.
