Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a leading financial services firm. This person will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex technology migration and transformation initiatives. Day to day, this person will build and manage project plans across multiple workstreams and migration waves, coordinate application, engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and risk teams, and ensure projects are ready to execute on time. They will track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and overall delivery progress, while maintaining RAID logs, dashboards, action trackers, and senior-level status reporting. The Project Manager will also lead readiness reviews and project meetings, escalate and resolve delivery blockers, and drive accountability across teams without direct authority. A key focus will be improving the ETO Factory model over time by standardising processes, playbooks, templates, quality gates, automation, and metrics to make future migrations more efficient and repeatable. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager working within a large enterprise organisation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field
- Experience delivering complex technology, infrastructure, cloud or migration initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment
- Experience establishing and maintaining project governance, RAID management, risk management and delivery controls
- Understanding of repeatable/factory delivery models, including wave planning, readiness criteria,



execution controls, validation, handover and continuous improvement
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and coordinating engineering and technical teams across multiple workstreams
- Financial services experience
- Robust understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, storage, automation and application migration concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with engineering teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
Previous background in software development, hands on coding
