Role Description The Sr AI Engineer role at Brewcontent is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven systems that power Brewcontent’s autonomous demand engine, including algorithms for campaign optimization, content intelligence, and audience targeting. The Sr AI Engineer will develop and deploy models for pattern recognition, natural language processing, and neural network–based solutions, and integrate them into scalable production software. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing,



and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, improving model performance, ensuring reliability and security of AI services, and maintaining high-quality code and documentation. The role also includes mentoring team members, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and contributing to the overall AI strategy of the platform. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including designing, training, and evaluating advanced ML models.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, content generation, semantic search, and language modeling.
• Proficiency in contemporary programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Go) and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Experience deploying models to cloud or containerized environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes) and working with APIs and microservices.
• Background in data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation, with strong skills in statistics and experimentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and mentor other engineers.
