Are you an experienced SAP ABAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP)? We are looking for a seasoned SAP ATTP ABAP Lead Consultant to lead global implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical design and ABAP development for SAP ATTP implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions for pharmaceutical serialization and track-and-trace processes.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and integration components.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design and manage integrations between SAP ATTP, SAP ERP/S4HANA, packaging systems, warehouse systems, and external serialization platforms.
• Drive technical delivery, effort estimations, development standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable performance improvements.
• Mentor and guide a team of 20+ ABAP developers while coordinating activities across onshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical serialization regulations and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience ✅ 10+ years of overall SAP ABAP experience ✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ATTP ABAP implementations, rollouts,
