Role Description The Designer role at Polaris Infra Solutions is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Designer will work closely with project managers and engineers to develop design concepts, create detailed drawings, and prepare documentation for infrastructure and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting project requirements, producing design layouts and technical specifications, revising designs based on feedback, and ensuring alignment with safety standards and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with external stakeholders, and maintaining organized project files and design records. The Designer is expected to contribute ideas that improve design efficiency, support project timelines, and uphold the company’s quality standards. Qualifications




• Ability to create and refine design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings using relevant design and drafting tools
• Experience working with infrastructure, architectural, or construction projects, including familiarity with industry standards and codes.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review plans for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders on-site.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in design, architecture, civil engineering, Business management degree or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area and participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings as required. Salary

- 2.5 lpa (incentives upon sales are given once training has been successfully completed and has been hired for the job.) 2 months of training will be given on the software that we use, and the probation period is of 3 months and on the 3rd month a final test will be taken to evaluate the performance and the level of understanding of the individual upon the product and the design , which then will decide the permanency of the job.
