- E-Commerce Manager (Jewellery)

About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who understands the *Jewellery Business deeply
*
- not just online selling, but the product itself. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Handicraft, Artificial & Silver Jewellery and should be able to manage our E-Commerce operations, listings, and R&D; for new products.

Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Management
- Manage complete operations of Amazon (US & India), our US Website, and other marketplaces
- Product listing, SEO, keywords, A+ Content, images, pricing, offers
- Manage inventory, orders, returns, and customer queries
- Plan and run promotions, ads, PPC campaigns to increase sales
- Track daily sales, traffic, conversion and prepare reports 2. Jewellery Product Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Handicraft Jewellery, Artificial Jewellery & Silver Jewellery
- Complete understanding of raw materials:
- *Glass Beads, Wood Beads, Bone Beads
*
- Metal, Stones, Pearls, Kundan, Meenakari, etc.
- Understand making process, costing, quality, and finishing 3. R&D;
- Research & Development
- Research new designs, trends, and market demand in US / International market




- Develop new product samples with artisans / vendors
- Work on product improvement, new collections, and seasonal range
- Competitor analysis on Amazon, Etsy, and other jewellery websites 4. Website & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with website developer, photographer, and designers
- Manage product catalogue on our own US website
- Coordinate with artisans, suppliers, and manufacturers for production
- Quality check of all products before dispatch Must Have Knowledge & Experience
- *Must Have:
* 3+ years in Jewellery E-Commerce (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in *Handicraft, Artificial & Silver Jewellery

- Expert knowledge of *Glass, Wood & Bone Beads
*
- sourcing, types, quality, pricing
- Deep knowledge of *Amazon Seller Central, Amazon US*, and Website Management (Shopify / WooCommerce)
- Knowledge of Jewellery R&D;, Sampling, and New Product Development
- Understanding of US Market
- customer taste, pricing, seasons, festivals
- Knowledge of Product Photography, Listing Optimization, Amazon Ads Skills Required
- Robust product sense for Jewellery
- Good in Excel, Reporting & Data Analysis
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Can manage team and handle pressure to meet sales targets Salary As per experience & interview performance
