We are looking for a Field System Engineer to integrate, validate, and troubleshoot complex UAV-based radar and sensing systems, ensuring reliable operation of the complete platform and payload architecture. Responsibilities
• Perform system integration, configuration, and validation of UAV platforms, payloads, sensors, and supporting electronics.
• Manage system readiness activities including hardware checks, interface verification, and pre-flight validation.
• Maintain configuration records including hardware versions, system documentation, and integration history.
• Troubleshoot platform, payload, communication, power, and interface-related issues during field operations.
• Coordinate with mechanical, avionics, RF, and data teams for system-level problem solving.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation including system configurations, test results, and maintenance records.




• Ensure field operations follow approved technical procedures and configurations. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Experience in system integration, hardware validation, and field troubleshooting.
• Robust understanding of electrical, mechanical, and communication interfaces. Preferred
• Experience with UAV platforms, radar systems, RF systems, sensors, or aerospace hardware.
• Experience with hardware configuration management and technical documentation.
• Experience working in field-test or engineering deployment environments.
