Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of high-speed stamping tools. Troubleshoot and repair progressive dies to minimize production downtime. Carry out tool setting, adjustments, fitting, grinding, and polishing. Support tool trials and ensure tool accuracy and product quality. Follow safety procedures, 5S, and tool maintenance standards. Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
3–8 years of relevant experience in stamping tool maintenance, preferably in high-speed progressive dies.
