Every day, people scroll past thousands of messages, campaigns, videos, opinions, and ideas. Most disappear in seconds. A few make people pause. Some make them think. And the rare ones become stories people remember, share, and talk about. At Pravaah, we want to create more of the latter. We're looking for a Multimedia Storyteller, someone who can look at an idea and see a story hiding inside it. Someone who can turn a complicated thought into a compelling reel, an everyday observation into a creative campaign, or a communication brief into something people actually want to engage with. You don't have to be just a copywriter, a graphic designer, or a video editor. You could be a little bit of everything, or someone who doesn't fit neatly into any of these boxes. What matters is how you think, what you notice, the stories you imagine, and your willingness to experiment.

What you'll do
• Find the story beneath the brief
• Think beyond the written word
• Understand the language of the internet
• Experiment with AI. Don't outsource your imagination to it

• Help Pravaah discover current storytelling approaches instead of repeating what everyone else is already doing What we're looking for
• Strong storytelling, writing, scripting, or narrative development skills
• An ability to identify the central idea and communicate it with clarity and originality
• A working understanding of digital platforms and short-form storytelling
• The ability to translate ideas into visual concepts, storyboards, scripts, or creative references
• Curiosity about AI-assisted creative workflows and a willingness to experiment with new tools
• The ability to research unfamiliar subjects and make complex information accessible
• An open mind, attention to detail, comfort with feedback, and a bias towards trying things At Pravaah, we believe that, in the age of AI, the future belongs to people who can see a story where others see just information. If that's how your mind works, we'd like to hear from you.
