We're a brand management agency based in Goa, and now hiring a talented and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Panaji for a Business Development Executive. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospects. They will conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and events, present services to potential clients, and support proposal development and negotiations. The Business Development Executive will also manage and grow existing client accounts, maintain accurate sales records, and collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with brand, marketing, and digital strategies. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking market trends, providing feedback on client needs, and contributing to revenue growth targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, understand client needs,



and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct outreach, deliver presentations, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in marketing, branding, or digital services.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple prospects and accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.
• Must be a quick learner and have attention to detail.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A superior command in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• 0 to 3 years of experience. Freshers with talent are welcome
• Ability to converse in an additional language
