Bhubaneswar Employment Type: Full time Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 2–3 years of experience in search engine optimization to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Manage link-building activities and improve domain authority through quality backlinks.
• Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to website crawling, indexing, page speed,



and mobile optimization.
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Optimize content for search intent, featured snippets, and evolving search engine algorithms.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure, and content optimization.
• Understanding of indexing, crawling, backlinks, and search engine ranking factors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
